My Story

Hey, I’m Oscar. And truthfully? My journey didn’t start with clarity—it started with confusion.

I used to think I had it all figured out. I trained hard, followed what I thought were “clean” diets, and pushed myself with discipline. But the truth was—I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I kept hitting walls: gaining fat when I wanted muscle, losing muscle when I tried to lean down. It was frustrating. I felt stuck, even though I was working hard.

Everything changed when I hired my first contest prep coach. That’s when I finally understood the power of knowing your numbers—calories in, calories out, macros that match your body—not someone else’s plan. I learned there’s no one-size-fitsall approach. It was like stepping into the matrix. Suddenly, I could see what had been missing all along.

Now, after more than a decade of competing, coaching, and transforming bodies—including my own—I’ve made it my mission to help others skip the guesswork. I didn’t grow up with a mentor. I couldn’t always afford coaching. And I know how overwhelming the internet can be when you’re trying to figure it all out.
